Choose your managed service level
One managed seat covers one assigned desktop or laptop and its user support. Cagou provides 20 pooled remote-support minutes per managed seat per month. Tricot Rayé provides 25 pooled service minutes per managed seat per month for remote support, on-site support, routine infrastructure work and vCIO activity within the agreed scope. Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. Other devices and peripherals are separate add-ons or part of a custom agreement.

Allowances are pooled across the organisation and reset each month. Each support activity is rounded up to the next 15-minute increment, and unused time does not roll over. Work outside the allowance or agreed scope is billed or quoted after approval. Projects, migrations, training, major incidents, new locations, and unscoped server/network work are excluded.
